1. What Natural Life Style Is

Natural Life Style is a planning and coordination platform for groups exploring shared living, cooperative land purchase, relocation projects, community businesses, and related ventures. It provides tools to model finances, plan scenarios, assess readiness, and draft proposals.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Natural Life Style.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
• One person, one account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

3. Your Content and Data

You own all the data you enter into Natural Life Style. By entering it, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it in order to provide the service. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes other than running Natural Life Style.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data.

4. Collective Membership

When you join or create a collective on Natural Life Style, you agree that:

• Natural Life Style is not a party to any agreements between collective members.
• We are not responsible for the conduct, financial position, or commitments of other members.
• Collective plans and documents created on the platform are not legally binding contracts unless executed separately by the members.
• We strongly recommend obtaining independent legal advice before committing funds to any group venture.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Natural Life Style to:

• Defraud other users or misrepresent your financial position to them
• Conduct or facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Create accounts for the purpose of collecting invitations or gaming the platform

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Natural Life Style available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will give reasonable notice for planned downtime where possible. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Natural Life Style is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for:

• Financial loss arising from decisions made using data or outputs from this platform
• Disputes between collective members
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Natural Life Style is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
